Popular group style workouts at national fitness franchises focus on high calorie burn and high intensity - all the time. This puts your body under a constant state of stress and doesn't allow for any recovery. These workouts have also become too varied, incorporating complicated movements that can do more harm to your body than good. At Arena, we’ve taken a completely different approach than what the current group fitness landscape has to offer. Our programming model is designed to help you get stronger while building a sound aerobic engine through our three class models (Engine, Power & Build). Led by the most seasoned and experienced fitness professionals in the region, the Arena programming model will help you achieve your health and fitness goals in the most holistic way.

How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others. There are also opportunities to meet members are our regularly scheduled socials occuring outside of the studio.

How often do you recommend coming to classes?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training our training style, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. You can also utilize Arena during open gym hours for stretching, active recovery workouts, and more. Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks will be available for purchase in the very near future!
Do I have to be fit to join?
No matter what your current fitness level is, we have a program that's right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash or personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our team training class programming is a 55-minute circuit style group training experience that blends strength training and high intensity cardio. Our signature warmup, circuits, and overtime challenges are both fun and supportive while being scalable to any fitness level. Our hybrid classes take the group training experience up a notch and can help prepare you for competitive fitness races such as Hyrox and Spartan DEKA.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
