Arena is a 55-minute circuit style group training experience that blends strength training and high intensity cardio. Up to 20 people are broken up into teams of 2-4, moving around the room together. Our signature warmup, circuits, and overtime challenge are both fun and supportive while being scalable to any fitness level. Everyone can make you tired, but not everyone can make you better.
To give you the most well-balanced approach to help BUILD strength, athletic POWER, and your aerobic ENGINE.
We start with our signature warmup followed by 8-10 circuit style stations of 2-4 people. We wrap up with a team based overtime challenge followed by a cooldown stretch. We utilize all of our cardio pieces: row, ski, bike, run, versa-climber in addition to kettlebells, bodyweight, TRX, dumbbells, and the best machine of all…your body.
We recommend bringing a towel and a water bottle. We have full service bathrooms with showers, lockers for your belongings, and water fountains to refuel.
