Chris Beck

Chris has been a personal trainer, group instructor, and nutrition coach for 15 years. He has certifications in NASM, USA boxing, fitness nutrition, and CSCS. He graduated from Susquehanna University with a BA in business and marketing. A multi-sport athlete throughout his life, Chris now lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife, daughter, son, and 2 dogs. Outside of the gym, he loves competing in HYROX and Spartan races.
