Remember the physical fitness tests you did back in elementary school? Neither do we because we've blocked out those memories.
The HYROX Physical Fitness Tests (PFTs) are special HYROX events hosted around the world at affiliated HYROX training clubs. The PFT consists of 6 exercises that are completed for time. PFTs are a great tool to gauge your current fitness level, set goals, and track progress along the way. We recommend participating in a PFT each time we host one to measure your improvements.
The HYROX PFT workout:
- 1000m Run (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline)
- 50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm)
- 100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended)
- 1000m Row
- 30 Push Up (Hand Release)
- 100 Wallballs (6kg male / 4kg female)
